We just happen to be writing about storms this week in class. Can you imagine our excitement when it started raining outside. The class WANTED to be in silent mode so we could hear the rain and thunder while we worked- can you imagine!!! I am so excited myself I had to write about it too!!!
We now have thunder and the lights even went out (briefly)- what a great way to write a story on storms!
Little did I know that this storm would be so bad. Literally minutes after I posted this we had to go to duck and cover and stayed that way for 2 hours. Thankfully we were all o.k., but there were lots of tornados reported. Right now they have the tornado count at 15, that of course, will be confirmed tomorrow. I am so glad it is over with!!
